Policies

By beginning or continuing to use this service, you ("Customer") agree and acknowledge that—

  • Service Disclaimers

    All personal readings for virtual customers ("Session" or "Sessions"), performed by any tarot reader ("Reader" or "Readers") at Tarot In Color ("Business") :


    • are for entertainment purposes only

    • are subject to interpretation

    • are not guaranteed to be accurate

    • are not to be used to replace any advice that has been given by, or services that are necessary from, a licensed or certified professional, especially in the fields of medicine or law or finance or business

    • are not to be used to replace personal responsibility, free will, and overall common sense

    The Customer also understands that :


    • any and all statements made by any Reader during any Session is not legally binding

    • any and all actions taken by the Customer, as a result of or subsequent to any Session with any Reader, are the sole responsibility of the Customer; and are not the responsibility of any Reader

    • any and all losses or damages experienced by the Customer, as a result of or subsequent to any Session with any Reader, are the sole responsibility of the Customer; and are not the responsibility of any Reader


    ETHICS DISCLAIMER

    The Customer understands that all Sessions are performed for the personal use of the Customer only; and that no Sessions should ever be performed on behalf of, or to predict the actions of, any party other than the Customer.



    AGE DISCLAIMER

    The Customer understands that the Customer should be at least eighteen years of age to complete any Session; and that no Sessions should ever be performed for any party under eighteen years of age.

  • Service Requirements

    All personal readings for virtual customers ("Session" or "Sessions"), performed by any tarot reader ("Reader" or "Readers") at Tarot In Color ("Business"), require the Customer to use the following tools and technologies to complete all Sessions :


    • The Adriannia Company ("Company") website, collectively known as the Company website ("Company Website"), to review all policies; and to find additional links that may help the Customer manage and complete all Sessions

    • TidyCal ("Booking Website") to book all Sessions

    • Google Meet ("Meeting Website") to complete all Sessions

    • Customer e-mail address ("Customer E-Mail") to send messages regarding Sessions to the Business e-mail address ("Business E-Mail"); and to receive messages regarding Sessions from the Business E-Mail; or from the Booking Website; or from the Meeting Website


    The Customer also understands that to complete any Session, the Customer :


    • must use either a desktop or laptop or mobile device that has video and audio capabilities

    • must have a steady Internet or Wi-Fi connection

    • must be in a relatively quiet environment
  • Service Communications

    All personal readings for virtual customers ("Session" or "Sessions"), performed by any tarot reader ("Reader" or "Readers") at Tarot In Color ("Business") : 


    • will require the Customer to receive to the Customer e-mail address ("Customer E-Mail"), one or more automated message ("Automated Message" or "Automated Messages") from the Business e-mail address ("Business E-Mail"); or from TidyCal ("Booking Website"); or from Google Meet ("Meeting Website")

    • may require the Customer to receive to the Customer E-Mail, one or more non-automated message ("Non-Automated Message" or "Non-Automated Messages") from the Business E-Mail

    • may require the Customer to send from the Customer E-Mail, one or more Non-Automated Message to the Business E-Mail


    AUTOMATED MESSAGES

    The Customer understands that Automated Messages are defined as any message sent automatically to the Customer E-Mail upon any trigger action taken by the Customer; or upon any trigger action taken by either the Business or the Reader.



    NON-AUTOMATED MESSAGES

    The Customer understands that Non-Automated Messages are defined as any messages that are manually prepared and sent from the Customer E-Mail by the Customer; or that are manually prepared and sent from the Business E-Mail by the Business.



    BUSINESS E-MAIL

    The Customer understands that the Business E-Mail is the following :

    NO-COMMUNICATIONS POLICY

    The Customer understands that the Customer should :


    • never send any messages regarding Sessions to, or otherwise use, any personal e-mail address of any Reader

    • never send any messages regarding Sessions to, or otherwise use, any personal online profile of any Reader

    • never send any messages regarding Sessions to, or otherwise use, any personal phone number of any Reader

    • never send any messages regarding Sessions to, or otherwise use, any personal mailing address of any Reader
  • Service Booking

    All personal readings for virtual customers ("Session" or "Sessions"), performed by any tarot reader ("Reader" or "Readers") at Tarot In Color ("Business"), must be scheduled and purchased through TidyCal ("Booking Website").



    BOOKING PAGE

    The Customer understands that the page on Booking Website for these Sessions, collectively known as the booking page ("Booking Page" or "Booking Pages"), is the following :

  • Service Refunds

    All personal readings for virtual customers ("Session" or "Sessions"), performed by any tarot reader ("Reader" or "Readers") at Tarot In Color ("Business") :


    • are one-hundred percent refundable, minus any and all processing fees ("Processing Fee" or "Processing Fees"), if either the Business or the Reader cancels a Session, for any reason, at any time prior to the start time of that Session

    • are one-hundred percent refundable, minus any and all Processing Fees, if the Customer cancels a Session that was rescheduled by either the Business or the Reader within twenty-four hours of the rescheduling of that Session

    • are seventy-five percent refundable, minus any and all Processing Fees, if the Customer cancels a Session that was rescheduled by either the Business or the Reader within forty-eight hours of the rescheduling of that Session

    • are seventy-five percent refundable, minus any and all Processing Fees, if the Customer cancels a Session with seventy-two or more hours remaining until the start time of that Session

    • are fifty percent refundable, minus any and all processing fees, if the Customer cancels a Session that was rescheduled by either the Business or the Reader within seventy-two hours of the rescheduling of that Session

    • are fifty percent refundable, minus any and all Processing Fees, if the Customer cancels a Session with forty-eight or more hours remaining until the start time of that Session

    • are twenty-five percent refundable, minus any and all Processing Fees, if the Customer cancels a Session with twenty-four hours or more remaining until the start time of that Session


    PROCESSING FEES

    The Customer understands that Processing Fees are defined as any amount of money, from the payment made on TidyCal ("Booking Website") by the Customer for the Session, collected by Stripe ("Payment Processor").


    The Customer also understands that Processing Fees are never refundable.



    REFUND REQUEST

    The Customer understands that if the Customer is entitled to a refund, the Business will initiate that refund on behalf of the Customer.


    The Customer also understands that if the Customer is eligiable for a refund, the Customer must initiate that refund by sending a refund request ("Refund Request" or "Refund Requests") to the following :

    NO-REFUND POLICY

    The Customer understands that the Customer is never entitled to or eligiable for any refund if :


    • the Customer cancels any Session with less than twenty-four hours remaining until the start time of that Session

    • the Business cancels any Session because the Customer rescheduled the Session with less than twelve hours remaining until the start time of that Session

    • the Customer completes any Session, with any Reader, by coming to the end time of that Session; or by ending the Session at any time prior to the end time of that Session

    • the Reader ends any Session because the Customer did not join the Session by no later than five minutes after the start time of that Session
