The Channeling Co→ is our paid business service at Adriannia Channeling Co.


By continuing to use The Channeling Co ("Service") by Adriannia Channeling Co ("Business"), you ("Customer") acknowledge and agree that :

  • Disclaimers

    The Customer understands this Service by the Business :


    • is for exploration purposes only

    • is not to be used by the Customer as a replacement or a substitute for any services that the Customer should seek from a licensed professional; which includes but is not limited to services from professionals in the field of business

    • is not to be used by the Customer as a substitute or a replacement for the free will or common sense of the Customer


    The Customer acknowledges that any and all :


    • actions taken by the Customer subsequent to using this Service will be solely because of personal choices and decisions made by the Customer and the Business will not be responsible for those actions

    • losses or damages experienced by the Customer subsequent to using this Service will be solely because of personal choices and decisions made by the Customer and the Business will not be responsible for those losses or damages
  • Purpose

    The intended purpose of this Service is for the Customer to become socially referable by members in the social community hosted by the Business ("Business Community").


    The Customer acknowledges that if the Customer attempts to use this Service or this Business Community outside of this Business purpose policy ("Purpose Policy"), then the Business reserves the right to :


    • remove the Customer from the Business Community with or without warning

    • end the subscription ("Subscription") that the Customer has to this Business Community immediately and without any refund to the Customer; which is explained more in the Business refunds policy ("Refunds Policy")

    • deny and restrict the Customer from attempting to access this Business Community or otherwise use this Service again in the future
  • Description

    This Service is a subscription ("Subscription") that gives the Customer access to a social community hosted by the Business ("Business Community").


    The Customer acknowledge that a Subscription to this Business Community :


    • is $4.99 on a monthly recurring basis

    • is billed until the Customer cancels that Subscription; which is explained more in the Business canceling policy ("Canceling Policy")

    • does not include additional and separate free and paid services by the Business to promote and advertise the Customer

    • does not give the Customer permission to solicit any products or services to or otherwise request money from this Business Community 

    • does not guarantee any financial gain or professional success to the Customer
  • Requirements

    The Customer is required to use :


    • our subscription page ("Subscription Page") to purchase this Service; which is explained more in the Business subscriptions policy ("Subscriptions Policy")

    • the Customer business page on Facebook ("Customer Page") to access the social community hosted by the Business ("Business Community")


    The Customer acknowledges that the Business will not allow the Customer to access this Business Community from any personal profile.

  • Subscriptions

    The Customer must submit the full payment of the subscription ("Subscription") through the Subscription page ("Subscription Page") here :




    The Customer acknowledges that upon purchasing a Subscription, the Customer must provide the URL for the Customer business page on Facebook ("Customer Page"); which is explained more in the Business requirements policy ("Requirements Policy").


    The Customer also acknowledges that after purchasing that Subscription, the Customer must use that Customer Page to request access to the social community hosted by the Business ("Business Community") here :


  • Canceling

    The Customer is responsible for using the cancel link ("Cancel Link") found in any subscription ("Subscription") receipt to cancel that Subscription :


    • if the Customer no longer wishes to have access to the social community hosted by the Business ("Business Community")

    • as early as knowingly possible


    The Customer acknowledges that :


    • self-removal from the Business Community does not cancel the Subscription

    • non-use of the Business Community does not cancel the Subscription

    • non-payment of the Subscription will result in the Business removing the Customer from the Business Community but does not cancel the Subscription; which will result in a balance that must be paid in full by Customer before regaining access to the Business Community
  • Refunds

    The Customer is entitled to a refund of :


    • one-hundred percent of the price ("Price") paid by the Customer at the time of the most recent subscription ("Subscription") renewal if the Business cancels this Service in its entirety


    The Customer acknowledges that the Customer is never entitled to any refund if :


    • the Customer has used the Subscription to gain access to the social community hosted by the Business ("Business Community")

    • the Business cancels a Subscription with the Customer because the Customer was previously informed by the Business that the Business will refuse future services to the Customer

    • the Business cancels a Subscription with the Customer because the Customer has failed to comply with any and all other policies for this Service ("Service Policies")


    The Customer also acknowledges that all refunds are :


    • based on the Price paid by the Customer at the time of the most recent Subscription renewal

    • amounted in accordance with the circumstance that the request falls under, minus any and all processing fees

    • returned to the Customer in the original method used by the Customer at the start of using this Service

    The Customer is responsible for sending any questions or raising any concerns regarding this Service to the Business here :
