Before you continue to book your session in the next section, please review and familiarize yourself with the terms and policies below :




Cosmic Panther ("Collaborator") has been contracted by Chapters Of Tarot ("Business") to manage and complete any tarot reading sessions ("Session" or "Sessions"), whether standard Sessions ("Standard Session" or "Standard Sessions") or extended Sessions ("Extended Session" or "Extended Sessions"), that you ("Customer") request from the Collaborator.

  • Session Disclaimers

    The Customer understands that all Sessions :


    • are for entertainment purposes only

    • are subject to interpretation

    • are not guaranteed to be accurate

    • are not to be used to replace any advice that has been given by, or services that are necessary from, a licensed or certified professional, especially in the fields of medicine or law or business

    • are not to be used to replace personal responsibility, free will, and common sense

    • are not absolute

    The Customer also understands that :


    • any and all statements made by the Collaborator during any Session are not legally binding

    • any and all actions taken by the Customer, as a result of or subsequent to any Session with the Collaborator, are the sole responsibility of the Customer, and are not the responsibility of the Collaborator

    • any and all losses or damages experienced by the Customer, as a result of or subsequent to any Session with the Collaborator, are the sole responsibility of the Customer; and are not the responsibility of the Collaborator


    ETHICAL DISCLAIMER

    The Customer understands that all Sessions are performed for the personal use of the Customer only; and that no Sessions should ever be performed on behalf of, or to predict the actions of, any party other than the Customer.



    AGE DISCLAIMER

    The Customer understands that the Customer must be at least eighteen years of age to request any Session from the Collaborator; and that no Sessions should ever be performed for any party younger than eighteen years of age.


  • Session Requirements

    The Customer understands that the Customer is required to use the following tools and technologies to manage and complete any Sessions :


    • The Adriannia Company ("Company") website, collectively known as the Company website ("Company Website") to verify that the Collaborator is contracted by the Business; and to review all policies, and any and all of their corresponding links, that govern Sessions

    • TidyCal ("Booking Website") platform, collectively known as the booking platform ("Booking Platform"), to schedule and purchase Sessions

    • Google Meet ("Hosting Website") platform, collectively known as the hosting platform ("Hosting Platform"), to attend and complete Sessions

    • Customer e-mail address ("Customer E-Mail") to send the Collaborator, or receive from the Collaborator or the Company Website or the Booking Website or the Hosting Website, any and all messages regarding Sessions

    The Customer also understands that the Customer is required to use a desktop or laptop or mobile device that is connected to the internet to manage, and that has video and audio capabilities to complete, all Sessions.


  • Session Communications

    The Customer understands that Session communications ("Session Communications") are defined as any and all sent and received messages, whether automated messages ("Automated Message" or "Automated Messages") or non-automated messages ("Non-Automated Message" or "Non-Automated Messages"), to or by the Customer, and to or by the Collaborator, regarding any and all Sessions.



    AUTOMATED MESSAGES

    The Customer understands that Automated Messages are defined as any pre-written message sent automatically to the Customer on behalf of the Collaborator, based upon any trigger action taken by the Customer, or any trigger action taken by the Collaborator.



    NON-AUTOMATED MESSAGES

    The Customer understands that Non-Automated Messages are defined as any message prepared manually and sent or received by the Customer, from or to the Customer e-mail address ("Customer E-Mail"); and any message prepared manually and sent or received by the Collaborator, from or to the Collaborator e-mail address ("Collaborator E-Mail").


    The Customer also understands that the Collaborator E-Mail is the following :

    NO-COMMUNICATIONS POLICY

    The Customer understands that the Customer is never permitted to :


    • send files or messages to, or otherwise use, the personal e-mail address ("Personal E-Mail" or "Personal E-Mails") of the Collaborator

    • send files or messages to, or otherwise use, the personal online profiles ("Personal Profile" or "Personal Profiles") of the Collaborator

    • send files or messages to, or otherwise use, the personal phone number ("Personal Number" or "Personal Numbers") of the Collaborator

     

    • send mail or packages to, or otherwise use, the personal address ("Personal Address" or "Personal Addresses") of the Collaborator

  • Session Booking

    The Customer understands that Session booking ("Session Booking" or "Sessions Booking") is defined as the Customer using the TidyCal ("Booking Website") platform, collectively known as the booking platform ("Booking Platform"), to :


    • discover the availability that the Collaborator has to complete any Session, based upon any and all open time slots presented to the Customer on the Collaborator calendar

    • place that Session in any open time slot on the Collaborator Calendar

    • submit the payment for that Session, electronically using a credit or debit card

  • Session Attending

    The Customer understands that Session attending ("Session Attending" or "Sessions Attending") is defined as the attendance of the Customer ("Customer Attending") or the Collaborator ("Collaborator Attending") on the Google Meet ("Hosting Website") platform, collectively known as the hosting platform ("Hosting Platform"), to complete a Session.



    CUSTOMER ATTENDING

    The Customer understands that Customer Attending is defined as the Customer being present on the Hosting Platform to complete a Session.


    The Customer also understands that if the Customer is not present on the Hosting Platform by no later than three minutes after the start time of a Session, then the Collaborator must assume that the Customer will be absent ("Customer Absent") from that Session.



    CUSTOMER ABSENT

    The Customer understands that Customer Absent is defined as the Customer failing to attend a Session, by three minutes after the start time of that Session.



    COLLABORATOR ATTENDING

    The Customer understands that Collaborator Attending is defined as the Collaborator being present on the Hosting Platform to complete a Session.


    The Customer also understands that if the Collaborator is not present on the Hosting Platform by no later than three minutes after the start time of a Session, then the Customer must assume that the Collaborator will be absent ("Collaborator Absent") from that Session.



    COLLABORATOR ABSENT

    The Customer understands that Collaborator Absent is defined as the Collaborator failing to attend a Session, by three minutes after the start time of that Session.



  • Session Completing

    The Customer understands that Session completing ("Session Completing" or "Sessions Completing") is defined the attendance of the Customer and the Collaborator on the Google Meet ("Hosting Website") platform, collectively known as the hosting platform ("Hosting Platform"), to complete a Session.


    The Customer also understands that a Session is considered complete upon the end time of that Session, or if that Session is ended by the Customer or the Collaborator, for any reason, at any time prior to the end time of that Session.


  • Session Rescheduling

    The Customer understands that Session rescheduling ("Session Rescheduling" or "Sessions Rescheduling") is defined as the changing of the time, or of the time and the date, of any booked Session ("Booked Session" or "Booked Sessions").


    The Customer also understands that any Booked Session may be rescheduled by the Customer ("Customer-Rescheduled Session" or "Customer-Rescheduled Sessions"), or by the Collaborator ("Collaborator-Rescheduled Session" or "Collaborator-Rescheduled Sessions").



    BOOKED SESSION

    The Customer understands that Booked Sessions are defined as any Session that has been scheduled with and purchased from the Collaborator by the Customer.



    CUSTOMER-RESCHEDULED SESSIONS

    The Customer understands that Customer-Rescheduled Sessions are defined as any Booked Session that was rescheduled by the Customer, for any reason, at any time prior to the start time of that Booked Session, using the rescheduling link for that Booked Session.


    The Customer also understands that the link for rescheduling a Booked Session will always be included in the booking confirmation message, that is always sent to the Customer e-mail address ("Customer E-Mail") upon the Customer booking any Session.



    COLLABORATOR-RESCHEDULED SESSIONS

    The Customer understands that Collaborator-Rescheduled Sessions are defined as any Booked Session that was rescheduled by the Collaborator, for any reason, at any time prior to the start time of that Booked Session.


    The Customer also understands that the Customer reserves the right to reschedule, or to cancel, any Booked Session that was rescheduled by the Collaborator, if the Customer does not have the availability to complete that Collaborator-Rescheduled Session.


  • Session Canceling

    The Customer understands that Session canceling ("Session Canceling") is defined as the removing of any booked Session ("Booked Session" or "Booked Sessions") from the Collaborator calendar.


    The Customer also understands that any Booked Session may be canceled by the Customer ("Customer-Canceled Session" or "Customer-Canceled Sessions"), or by the Collaborator ("Collaborator-Canceled Session" or "Collaborator-Canceled Sessions").



    BOOKED SESSIONS

    The Customer understands that Booked Sessions are defined as any Session that has been scheduled with and purchased from the Collaborator by the Customer.



    CUSTOMER-CANCELED SESSIONS

    The Customer understands that Customer-Canceled Sessions are defined as any Booked Session that was canceled by the Customer, for any reason, at any time prior to the start time of that Booked Session, using the canceling link for that Booked Session.


    The Customer also understands that the link for canceling a Booked Session will always be included in the booking confirmation message, that is always sent to the Customer e-mail address ("Customer E-Mail") upon the Customer booking any Session.



    COLLABORATOR-CANCELED SESSIONS

    The Customer understands that Collaborator-Canceled Sessions are defined as any Booked Sessio that was canceled by the Collaborator, for any reason, at any time prior to the start time of that Booked Session.


  • Session Refunds

    The Customer understands that Session refunds ("Session Refund" or "Session Refunds") are defined as any booking payment ("Booking Payment" or "Booking Payments") returned back to the Customer from the Collaborator, whether in full ("Full Refund" or "Full Refunds") or in part ("Partial Refund" or "Partial Refunds").


    The Customer also understands that the Customer must have a booked Session ("Booked Session" or "Booked Sessions") for which the Customer is either entitled to a refund ("Refund-Entitled Session" or "Refund-Entitled Sessions") or eligible for a refund ("Refund-Eligible Session" or "Refund-Eligible Sessions") to receive any Session Refund; and that the Customer may not always have either of these Booked Sessions.



    BOOKING PAYMENTS

    The Customer understands that Booking Payments are defined as any amount of money paid to the Collaborator by the Customer, to create any Booked Session.



    FULL REFUNDS

    The Customer understands that Full Refunds are defined as any Session Refund for the full amount ("Full Amount" or "Full Amounts") of the Booking Payment, minus any and all processing fees ("Processing Fee" or "Processing Fees").



    FULL AMOUNTS

    The Customer understands that Full Amounts are defined as one-hundred percent of any Booking Payment.



    PROCESSING FEES

    The Customer understands that Processing Fees are defined as any amount of money collected by Stripe ("Payment Processor").



    PARTIAL REFUNDS

    The Customer understands that Partial Refunds are defined as any Session Refund for less than the Full Amount of the Booking Payment, minus any and all Processing Fees.



    BOOKED SESSIONS

    The Customer understands that Booked Sessions are defined as any Session that has been scheduled with and purchased from the Collaborator by the Customer.



    REFUND-ENTITLED SESSIONS

    The Customer understands that Refund-Entitled Sessions are defined as any Booked Session for which the Collaborator must initiate and issue a Session Refund, without the Customer needing to submit a refund request ("Refund Request" or "Refund Requests").


    The Customer also understands that Refund-Entitled Sessions may include but are not limited to :


    • any Booked Session that was canceled by the Collaborator, for any reason, at any time prior to the start time of that Booked Session; which will result in a Full Refund to the Customer 


    REFUND REQUESTS

    The Customer understands that a Refund Request is defined as any documented submission of the refund form ("Refund Form") from the Customer.



    REFUND FORM

    The Customer understands that the Refund Form is defined as the form that the Customer must use to initiate a Session Refund.


    The Customer also undertands that the Refund Form can be found on The Adriannia Company ("Company") website, collectively known as the Company website ("Company Website"), at the following address :

    REFUND-ELIGIBLE SESSIONS

    The Customer understands that Refund-Eligible Sessions are defined as any Booked Session for which the Collaborator may issue a Session Refund, if the Customer submits a Refund Request.


    The Customer also understands that Refund-Eligible Sessions may include but are not limited to : 


    • any Booked Session that was rescheduled by the Collaborator, for any reason, at any time prior to the start time of that Booked Session, that was then canceled by Customer within twenty-four hours; which results in a Full Refund back to the Customer

    • any Booked Session that was rescheduled by the Collaborator, for any reason, at any time prior to the start time of that Booked Session, that was then canceled by the Customer within forty-eight hours; which results in a Partial Refund back to the Customer, in the amount of seventy-five percent of the Booking Payment

    • any Booked Session that was rescheduled by the Collaborator, for any reason, at any time prior to the start time of that Booked Session, that was then canceled by the Customer within seventy-two hours; which results in a Partial Refund back to the Customer, in the amount of fifty percent

    • any Booked Session that was canceled by the Customer, for any reason, with seventy-two or more hours remaining until the start time of that Booked Session; which results in a Partial Refund back to the Customer, in the amount of seventy-five percent of the Booking Payment

    • any Booked Session that was canceled by the Customer, for any reason, with forty-eight or more hours remaining until the start time of that Booked Session; which results in a Partial Refund back to the Customer, in the amount of fifty percent of the Booking Payment

    • any Booked Session that was canceled by the Customer, for any reason, with twenty-four hours or more remaining until the start time of that Booked Session, which results in a Partial Refund back to the Customer, in the amount of twenty-five percent of the Booking Payment


    NO-REFUNDS POLICY

    The Customer understands that the Customer is never entitled to or eligible for any Session Refund, for :


    • any Booked Session that was canceled by the Customer, for any reason, with less than twenty-four hours remaining until the start time of that Booked Session

    • any Booked Session that the Customer has completed or ended with the Collaborator, or that the Collaborator has completed or ended with the Customer
