This Service is a tarot reading session ("Session") that is performed by the Brand locally with the Customer at the Collaborator location.

The Customer acknowledges that a Session :

• is $19.00 ("Session Price")

• is twenty minutes in length ("Session Duration")

• is based on Session Duration and is not based on the number of readings within that Session; therefore, the Customer may request multiple readings within the Session Duration at no costs added to the Session Price

This Service :

• is for entertainment purposes only

• is subject to interpretation

• is not guaranteed to be accurate

• is not to be used by the Customer as a replacement or a substitute for any services that the Customer should seek from a licensed professional—including but not limited to services from professionals in the field of health and medicine; legal and business; or money and finance

• is not to be used by the Customer as a substitute or a replacement for the personal responsibilities, free will, or common sense

The Customer acknowledges that any and all :

• statements made by the Brand during this Service are not legally binding

• actions taken by the Customer subsequent to this Service will be because of personal choices and decisions made solely by the Customer—and will not be the responsibility of the Brand of the Collaborator

• losses or damages experienced by the Customer subsequent to this Service will be because of personal choices and decisions made solely by the Customer—and will not be the responsibility of the Brand or the Collaborator

The Brand will never allow the Customer to use this Service to book a tarot reading session ("Session") as an attempt to predict the actions of or control the outcomes for the Customer or for any third party ("Divination").

The Customer also acknowledges that if the Customer attempts to use a Session for Divination, then the Brand reserves the right to :

• end that Session with the Customer, immediately and without any refund to the Customer

• restrict the Customer from using this Service again in the future

The Customer may book a tarot reading session ("Session") using the booking calendar ("Booking Calendar") provided on the Brand event ("Brand Event") webpage :

The Customer also acknowledges that if the Customer chooses not to use the Booking Calendar, the Customer may purchase a Session in-person using :

• a Service payment link ("Payment Link") or for electronic payment

• cash

The Customer is responsible for using the reschedule link ("Reschedule Link") found in any booking e-mail ("Booking E-Mail") for that tarot reading session ("Session") to reschedule that Session :

• if the Customer needs to attend that Session at a new time or date to continue this Service

• as early as knowingly possible

The Customer also acknowledges that if the Customer does not use the booking calendar ("Booking Calendar") provided for this Brand event ("Brand Event"), then the Customer will not have this ability for rescheduling a Session.

The Customer is responsible for using the cancel link ("Cancel Link") found in any booking e-mail ("Booking E-Mail") for that tarot reading session ("Session") to cancel that Session :

• if the Customer no longer wishes to attend that Session and continue this Service at all

• as early as knowingly possible

The Customer also acknowledges that if the Customer does not use the booking calendar ("Booking Calendar") provided for this Brand event ("Brand Event"), then the Customer will not have this ability for canceling a Session.

The Customer is entitled to a refund of :

• one-hundred percent of the amount of money paid by the Customer to book a tarot reading session ("Session"), collectively known as the Session price ("Session Price"), if the Brand cancels this Service in its entirety

• one-hundred percent of the Session Price if the Brand or the Collaborator cancels the Brand event ("Brand Event") at any time prior to the Customer being able to start and complete a booked Session ("Booked Session")

• seventy-five percent of the Session Price if the Brand cancels a Booked Session due to the Customer rescheduling that Booked Session more than once

• seventy-five percent of the Session Price if the Customer cancels a Booked Session with at least twelve hours remaining until the start of that Booked Session

• fifty percent of the Session Price if the Customer cancels a Booked Session with at least six hours remaining until the start of that Booked Session

• twenty-five percent of the Session Price if the Customer cancels a Booked Session with at least three hours remaining until the start of that Booked Session

The Customer acknowledges that the Customer is never entitled to any refund if :

• the Customer starts a Booked Session with the Brand and completes that Session, either in full or in part

• the Customer cancels a Booked Session with less than ninety minutes remaining until the start of that Booked Session

• the Brand cancels a Booked Session with the Customer because the Customer failed to attend that Booked Session by no later than five minutes after its start time ("Start Time")

• the Brand cancels a Booked Session with the Customer because the Customer was previously informed that the Brand will no longer provide this Service to the Customer

• the Brand cancels a Booked Session with the Customer because the Customer has failed to comply with any and all other policies for this Service ("Service Policies")

The Customer also acknowledges that all refunds are :

• based on the Session Price

• amounted in accordance with the circumstance that the request falls under, minus any and all processing fees

• returned to the Customer in the payment method ("Payment Method") used by the Customer at the time of booking
